Friedrich Wilhelm Prize to Paul Voigtlaender

Paul Voigtlaender receives this year's Friedrich Wilhelm Prize for his dissertation on "Video Segmentation and Tracking".
The aim of the Friedrich Wilhelm Prize is to promote teaching and research at RWTH. This year, the prize was awarded to 17 outstanding graduates. The prize has been awarded annually by the foundation of the same name since 1986. The Friedrich Wilhelm Foundation was established in 1865 by the legal predecessor of today's Aachener und Münchener holding company.
